10 minutes saved a day gives an extra week over year

Having worked for myself for 14 years, have been into time management for a long time, it is important not to waste time unnecessarily.

If we save 10 mins on unnecessary tasks a day, then that 10 mins a day will, in a year, equate to 40 hours, or a working week.

But important not to miss valuable things like breaks because otherwise you won’t be as productive.
